Who comes to my house and why do they need to visit?

A visit to your home allows gardenUP professionals to confirm measurement and site location of your new garden. In addition, our Garden Gurus check for big rocks, big roots, and utility lines around the garden site.

Can I modify a design?

We invite simple changes to gardenUP designs like changes to plant color and plant placement.

How long does it take gardenUP to deliver my plants?

It’s our goal to deliver from our growing partners quickly, and we make every effort to deliver your plants within 72 hours of your confirmed order. However, spring is a busy time in the green and garden industry. Please work with us.

How long does it take gardenUP to install my plants?

It’s our goal to deliver from our growing partners quickly, and we make every effort to deliver your plants within 72 hours of your confirmed order. However, spring is a busy time in the green and garden industry. Please work with us.

Does gardenUP deliver or install hardscapes?

gardenUP only provides design, delivery and installation of green goods. We do not install stone or edg-ing, but we can suggest a professional who can.

Does gardenUP install irrigation?

We do not install anything on sites other than plants. However if your site already includes irrigation, we will extend our guarantee on plants to 90 days.

Is there a chance gardenUP won’t be able to install my garden?

Occasionally we need to pass on a project due to environmental constraints

What do we mean by “local”?

Local means local. Our growers, installers, and designers are all from regional family-owned businesses. Our growers grow typically three hours from where you live, and our install professionals live less than three hours from where you live.

What does “direct delivery” mean?

We grow locally. Direct delivery means our plants are sent directly to your home from our local growers once you select a design from the gardenUP gallery of designs.

What type of warranties do you offer?

We guarantee our plants for a period of 30 days after installation. If your garden site includes in-ground irrigation, we will guarantee our plants for 90 days. If you purchase our gardenUP maintenance plan, our guarantee extends the full period of your maintenance contract.

How do I pay for my gardenUP garden?

An Garden Guru will request credit card payment for plant delivery. To confirm your order, we require 1/3 payment to deliver your plants. Balance is due after installation of your garden. Either our Garden Guru or administration staff will collect payment.
gardenUP accepts VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal.

Do I qualify as a builder or real estate agent?

If you can provide us with a contractor license or realtor license, you can participate in our commercial program.

How do I get a gardenUP maintenance agreement?

We do offer gardenUP maintenance agreements through our install partners. Ask your in-garden consult-ant for more details and a quote.

How do I become a gardenUP partner?

gardenUP is expanding quickly in your area and other areas of the country as we look to bring our gar-dens to more people. So, we are always looking for qualified partners to help us expand our community. Check out our partners page for more info or reach out today.

Can I set up a consultation for someone else?

Yes, you can. In fact, giving gardenUP as a gift for a new couple, housewarming, or even a parent who no longer can DIY is a great way to use our service. We do recommend you do a little research about the garden or yard to answer our 5 Simple Questions

Can I just buy the plants for my garden?

Yes, you can. However, the price we quote includes design, delivery and installation from gardenUP. Speak directly to our Garden Guru for a quote on delivery of only plants.

Do I pay for gardenUP designs?

All gardenUP designs from our gallery of designs are free for gardenUP customers.

What do I do after gardenUP delivers my plants?

We ask that you provide shade and water for the plants. We’ll do the rest!

Why do I need a visit from gardenUP?

In addition, our Garden Gurus check for big rocks, big stumps, standing water and access to the site. Most importantly, we check Dig Safe for utility lines in or near the garden site.

Do you offer payment plans?

At this time gardenUP does not offer payment plans. However, we do take credit cards.

Can I get maintenance built in?

We do offer gardenUP maintenance plans through our install partners. Ask your Garden Guru for more details.

How long does the gardenUP process take?

It’s our goal to deliver from our growing partners within 48 hours of payment. From there, we look to in-stall 48 hours from delivery.
